SB XLII

So where were the "Super' commercials last night? There were a few that were OK. I liked the FedEx carrier pigeon commercial. The Coke commercial with Charlie Brown was cute. I also like the Coke commercial with Bill Frist and James Carville. I think the best ones though were the E-Trade commercials. They were in the YouTube style with an infant making trades and beaucoups of money. Real Cute!

There were a few in the fourth that were good also. For the best commercial in the fourth quarter I think it's a tie between the Victoria's Secret ad and the Amp Energy Drink ad that came on after Victoria's Secret. Hmmmm! Decisions, decisions.

I still think the Coke ads were good.

There were several that were forgettable. I would tell you about them but I forgot them.

Better than the commercials though was the catch by Tyree with one minute left in the game. Everyone thought Manning was down but he wiggled out and made the throw. Tyree jumped and caught it at the 24 of New England to keep the drive alive and allow New York to go on in for a TD a couple of plays later and win the Super Bowl.

If you want to see the ads go to MySpace.
