Here's What I've Been Doing Today! How About You?

Busy day today. I have been taking advantage of many of the recent downloads from Giveaway of the Day (GOTD) that I have a link to near the bottom of my blog page on the left hand sidebar. Because of this my blog has been late today.

Some of the recent downloads that I have been able to take advantage of now that all of my computer issues have been resolved are XTweak (Retail $26.95), Total Privacy 5 (Retail $29.95), and a squared Anti-Malware (Retail $39.95). A few others that I have picked up recently have been A One DVD Copy (Retail $39.95), A One DVD Ripper (Retail $39.98), Wondershare Flash Slideshow Builder (Retail $39.95), and iSpring Pro 3.5 (Retail $199).

This morning I also picked up StarBurn Network V.10 (Retail $495). So this morning I have been burning some CD's for the truck.

All of the above have been free, courtesy of Giveaway of the Day. A big thanks goes out to GOTD.

In addition I have been able once again to play around with Google Earth, WorldWide Telescope, and World Wind 1.4. These are all free downloads also. Yea!!!

Free Saturday, Sort of

I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of a few things on the blog site. First, I want too urge you to visit the "Giveaway of the Day" each day. The link is always near the bottom of the left sidebar. Each day they offer free of charge quality software downloads. I have picked up some very useful programs in this way. Just recently I have downloaded and installed "Macrium Reflect" which is a disk imaging too, "Almeza Multiset", and "Button Shop". I had download several other good and useful programs from the sight but I lost them in the transition from bad disk drive to new disk drive.

I also would like you to visit the "Game Giveaway of the Day" each weekend. Every Saturday and Sunday they offer a full game free. They have a lot of great games. I tend to enjoy the puzzle type games as opposed to the Role Playing and Action games. Just last weekend I downloaded "Mahjongg Epic" and have played it several times. I was able to install this game on my thumb drive so I can take it with me and play on any computer with a USB port. Cool huh? I also picked up "Bloom" and play it just to relax a little. Just as before, I had many more games but lost them in the transition between drives.

Also please take a few moments to visit my other links on the sight. For instance at the Cafe Press link on the bottom of the page I offer a few items with various photographs that I have taken in the past. The Amazon link takes you to the Amazon store that I run, Blue Sunflower Associates.

Oh I almost forgot! Please check out the "Easily Amused" link on the bottom of the page. I change this link periodically and use it to highlight some destination on the Internet that I think is interesting and therefore Easily Amuses Me!

PS: Look for my soon to start new blog for just this sort of thing!

Giveaway Of The Day Added to Blog

Visitors to my blog may be interested in knowing that I have added a new feature this evening. I have added "Giveaway Of The Day" (GOTD) to the blog. It will be located at the bottom of the sidebar. Scroll all the way down and check it out.

If you visit GOTD from my blog you can download the "Software of the Day" for free. Also, on the weekends they will have one or two games available for download for free. I have downloaded a couple of games and a few programs and have not had any problems.

One note to remember: If the software or game looks like something you would like or could use, go to the Download Page. Simply click the "Proceed to Download Page." Once there scroll down a short way and look for the box on the right hand side that says "User Rating: Rate It!" This gives you quick Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down on what others think about it. Scroll down a little further and check out the Comments section. I use this quite a lot to help me decide if I download or not.

Happy downloading and enjoy!
